Investment Analysis Projects

Since 2009, Brian has had a continuing role in the evaluation of investments in the infrastructure sector for Unisuper Investments. This has involved working mainly with the Property and Private Markets Team. As part of this mandate, Brian has undertaken detailed Investment analysis for a range of listed infrastructure investment opportunities as well as completing technical due diligence for investment in the Victorian Combined Cancer Centre PPP and providing Capital Investment analysis for the Brisbane Airport runway project.

Brian also provided support to Australian Super in its assessment of a coinvestment with Transurban in the Brisbane Motorways.
